What is a City Charter?




As we embark on an epic legislative journey alongside San José's City Council. Together we will explore 18 dream proposals for a more thriving and resilient San José. Proposal(s) first have to be championed by a City Council Member(s), then pass a majority vote of the Council, to be placed on the November 2022 Ballot to be voted on by the people of San José.
